About us
We started Impact Central to help scale businesses solving social and environmental issues. We run a 6 month programme which is broken into two parts: Part one is an intensive accelerator programme which delves into developing you and your business in great depth - we help you with your impact framework and measurement and ensuring a strong foundation of business acumen to get your business running like clockwork. Part two is when you're paired with a bespoke mentor and you iron out your most pressing business issues to enable you to scale faster. At the end of the programme we introduce founders to our angel investor network and Impact Fund.
How it all started
We've been running an accelerator since 2018 but started Impact Central during Lockdown 2020 - an interesting time to start a business to say the least! As we predicted - the pandemic has highlighted the need for innovative solutions to the deepest issues facing society and the environment and we're passionate about supporting businesses in this area. We'd love to see more christians stepping out to build businesses with kingdom values - we believe it's one of the best ways to demonstrate God's love to our neighbours.
